Middle Limit Holdem Poker by Brier/Ciafonne has a whole chapter on it. I know that Jim Brier also did a Cardplayer article on the play of overcards and it may be archived in their web site.

this forum...

it has many hands with overcard play. in fact, some AK threads you can apply, with a little more caution, to any overcard situations...

some books have em, but not real extensive....
