Default Here We Go Again - 10 yr Treasury Below 4%

Time to sell 'em I guess because everytime I post about this the selloff happens soon after or so it seems. The 30 year is trading at a friggen amazing yield of 4.26% as I write. The spread between the 2yr and 10yr is something like 43-45 basis points. Flatter and flatter yield curve, mortgage rates going lower.

the charts for ahm, lend, cfc, etc. seem to be confirming this....looks like a good spot to add to current positions or begin new ones...
