Default 30/60 blinds against two neverfolds

I am in the BB with 27o. Two super loose limpers, pretty calm SB completes. Flop is 78J. SB checks to me, which basically tells me i have him beat.

Knowing that the two limpers will not fold the flop unless they have two uncoordinated undercards, can I bet here? I feel confident that I can fold to a raise, which will mean a hand at least as good as top pair, but usually something much stronger.
