Having trouble creating an account at Paradise

I keep trying to make ana ccount at Paradise, and once I've put in all my info and the bonus code, this progress bar comes up and it hangs at the "submitting request to server" part.

Could my wireless connection be the problem?

Also, above the bar to put in the Bonus name, there is a friend referral bar. if I use a bonus code, do I have to put something in there too?

Never mind, I fixed it. The name was just taken, that's all.
