Default Best site for a decent but not great low-buyin NL player?

My good friend is looking for a site to play .50/1, 1/2NL. He's a decent player but not fantastic, but generally makes some money at the lowest limits at casinos. Trying to maximize bonuses/minimize amount of sharks. What's the best site for a low-level player like him? Fulltilt offers great bonuses (+rakeback), but they are small and supposedly very tough.

Full Tilt does NOT have a great bonus for micro NL clearing. Party skins is probably your best shot since the pot only needs to reach $2 on the flop in order to count as a raked hand (which earns 20c in bonus for signup deposits).

Full Tilt has a nice site, but it takes forever to clear the bonus there, and the competition is generally a little better than the other sites mentioned in previous replies.

Party for bonuses, Sportingbet for fish.
