Paradise and Default Mouse Pointer Placement

I have been experiencing a very irritating problem on my laptop with Paradise Poker. When playing on Paradise, the mouse automatically (and instantly) moves to the "default button" whenever a window opens, or an action is required; at Paradise the "default button" just happens to be the "RAISE" button during a game. Several times I've been acting on another table, but the Paradise table suddenly appears and my "click" makes a "raise" on the Paradise table. Twice, this has put me all-in during a NL cash game!!

Laptop: Dell Inspiron 8600; Windows XP Home

I've checked and verified the settings for the mouse in the Control Panel, and made sure the "Automatically move the pointer to the default button in a dialogue box" is unchecked. However, this still happens with Paradise.

Any help or "pointers" would be greatly appreciated....
