Default Can I call this?

arty Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Hero ($105.85)
Button ($10.8)
SB ($26.08)
BB ($32.55)
UTG ($67.55)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG calls $2.50.

Flop: ($6.75) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5</font>, UTG calls $5.

Turn: ($16.75) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $5</font>, Hero ?

Villain is 67%/11%/4.4 but has shown no signs of being an idiot.

Is it worth the smallish bet?

I would at least call and probably raise it back at him.

He throws $5 into a pot that's over $16 I believe.

Raise him $10 or so, see where you stand &amp; go from there.
If he calls though, I'd slow way down, and fold the river to a large bet.

Certainly don't raise. You are in way ahead/way behind territory most likely (unless he somehow hit a flush draw to go with his flopped second/third pair), so there's no harm in letting one peel off and see what he does.

I agree. This is how AA loses big to a set. A turn raise will let you know where you are, but most of the time he will fire another smallish bet on the river trying to slow play a set(enticing you to raise). I think his small turn and river bet will be around how much a raise here would have been(costing the same). So if you have him, you win the most, if not, you lose the least.
