Damn I always play my hands in a way that I dont have any idea what my opponent has / what he thinks I have. I called the flop because he seemed to have AK-AX/overpair/underpair, something weak and no draw that could hurt me. His sudden bet at the turn had to have a meaning, I now put him on either a lucky TT (unlikely) or AT (quite probable) or AKs/AQs flush draw. Is the raise size against these ranges ok? At the river I was in check-call mode again, it seemed every possible draw had hit and a worse hand would not really pay me down. If I made a small bet and he raised me big I would have been in a very difficult spot.

i think u played the hand fine. i think check-raising the flop is a good alternative but calling is fine seeing that a check raise pretty much puts a sign on your head saying what u have. i like your turn play a lot and it looks like that river card screwed u because like u sayed it would take a real donk to get payed off in this spot with a worst hand.

Raise preflop.
Lead the flop and hope he has a pair. If he hasn't you're only getting his bet anyway, and you're going for the stack, or at least a big pot. You are pretty deep. Checkraising is good when you are shallow, like 50BB.

Why raise preflop? I'm already raising like 15% of my hands

Probably I should shoot more for his stack, I dont do that as often as I had to. Normally I only stack opponents if I have easy stuff like set against their top pair...
