Default AQ level 3, please help

Level 3 is tough for me. [img]/images/graemlins/ooo.gif[/img]

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (6 handed) converter

UTG (t1165)
Hero (t710)
CO (t515)
Button (t910)
SB (t3795)
BB (t905)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ?

I don't want to fold this. But with these blinds and my stack, what kind of raise here?

What's the buy in?
11 or 22's I'm raising 3x BB pre-flop
33 and up I'm folding preflop.
