Bisons hand converter...whats up with it?

Anyone else having trouble with the hand converter?
Nearly every time I try to use it it says the format isn't excepted.
Sometimes if I erase it and re-paste it it magically works.
I am just copying it from my Yahoo mail...same as I have for quite awhile.
Am I doing something wrong suddenly or is the program messed up?

U sure u got a site that it is compatible with.
