Default Another bubble hand.

I am still working on my bubble play so any help would be appreciated.

A few hands before I doubled through on the villain. He limped preflop utg, I then pushed all in for +10x BB and he called me with A9o...

He had been fairly loose/weak. Limped a bunch of hands and would play weak hands a little longer than he should.

What would your play be here?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) converter
$33

Button (t2675)
SB (t2195)
Hero (t4600)
UTG (t4030)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, SB raises to t400, Hero calls t200.

Flop: (t800) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets t200, Hero?

Call? Fold? Raise? How much?
