Default Expectation for 1 Table Sit and Go NL Holdem Tournaments

Does anyone have a good “feel” based on records kept, for what the 1 Table $55.00 No Limit Holdem Sit and Go’s on Party Poker or other online sites should be worth per tournament session for a solid player? My results over a couple of hundred sessions indicate about + $8.50 net per tournament, it seems like it ought to be higher than that, I guess I need to work on my game. Input from others appreciated.

I'm not quite sure and haven't kept track of enough for myself, but I think $10 per tournament at that level is considered very good. It's also true that you can't determine your REAL rate until you've done a few thousand!

either:
#1 - "search" for "ROI" in "STT forum", or
#2 - F*ck directly off

C'mon. It's his first post and it wasn't a bad beat or 'rigged' post. No need to be mean yet.
