Default 22 flops a boat, gets action only on river?

No real reads on villain. Does this look right. Something seems odd about the way this progressed. No real reads on villain (h What should I have done on this river? Us the hand played well pre-river? On river, do I Push or call?

Looks like slow played trips or big overpair to me, maybe even a turned straight. I push here.

Sometimes you'll be up against a turned or rivered fh. Too bad. Most of the time you're ahead here I think.

I'd probably put out a feeler bet on the flop, representing a weak overpair(like you did), and maybe a little bit more on the turn after the flat call. Best to give trips or overpair a chance to get all in before the board gets scary for them. If they don't have trips or overpair, you extract a bit of money out of a weaker hand hoping to improve/hoping it's best.
