Default Would you ever eat human?

Let's assume you're traveling abroad in a country with a very different culture. You stumble upon a very fancy restaurant that is highly acclaimed. On the menu, one of the chefs specialtes is human flesh. Would you try it?

Honestly, I think I would be much more inclined if it was very old spiritual tribe and it being done for spiritual reasons.

I doubt I would, but would find it much more "appealing" than in a restaurant.

I would not, because I think the thought of eating it at a restaurant would kill my appetite. However, if I were starving, and it was the only way to survive, I would do it. Also, I could see myself eating human flesh in the fashion Michael Valentine Smith describes in Robert Heinlein's book Stranger in a Strange Land.

No. Eating it would be supporting murder. I know this is a reason that vegetarians often give for not eating meat...but killing humans is in an entirely different ballpark than killing animals.

How so? Died of old age? Cancer? Malaria?

None of the above sound all that tasty.

This thread is sick. Will there be a "Would you ever cut off your own wanker?" and a "Would you ever sodomize another man?" poll?

Because while some people are into that lifestyle, eating human is pretty much grounds to get yourself into the electric chair.

If they were already dead that means, in all likelihood, that they were old and out of shape so I would expect that the meat would lack the juiciness and tenderness required.
