too aggressive? too passive?

2nd hand of the tourney. Should I have raised preflop? I wasn't in love w/ being UTG+2 ... On the flop should I have just walked away to the pot-sized bet and picked a better spot where I could be the opening aggressor? Typically I'd respect the raise from SB but Villain had grossly overbet a pot before (see the first hand I included). I'm somewhat confused by the hand. Would like to know if I'm too weak or not. Both preflop actions are fine, IMO. On the second hand, I'll probably end up all-in on the flop in an $11 game. Maybe that's a leak? I dunno.
