$1000-$2000 Limit Hold\'em at Commerce
Last night I was at Commerce Club, and when I left I walked past a heads-up game going on, $1000-$2000 Limit Hold'em.
Anyone know who those two were? |

Ok... so I got a question. Why do top players play big money headsup against one another? Is it just ego? It seems like there is a lot more money to be made playing against poor players than just butting heads against one another...

haha, I don't know which I'd pay more money for. To be able to watch that game or to be able to read your posts that would come out of it. "So he makes it 20,000 to go before the flop and I make it 30,000 with 8s4h3c..." |

If they could get in a full game, I'm sure they would. It's tough to get a full game of any game with limits that high. The fish are tough to find.

Might like heads-up. Might be one is not a top player, but wants to play big. Might be the player who is not a top player is worried about collusion in a ring game.
