Default Atlantic City craps EV

In Atlantic City craps (per rules set by the NJCCC) if your pass or come bet is a multiple of 15 you can take free odds in multiples of 75, 100, and 125 (for points of 4/10, 5/9, and 6/8 respectively). My calculation is that betting pass/come with full odds in this manner results in an EV of -0.19%. Am I correct?
