I think you're betting too small. The 70 raise in a 180 pot on the flop especially, but on the turn as well. Apart from that, without reads I'd probably lose my money here as well.

PF limp is good IMO.

Raise to 150 on the flop (the pot).

I would jam the turn.

The pot in this case would be raising to 180.

thanks for the input. button had 33 here for the set, but at the 10+1 level, i think i have the best hand here enough to justify getting my money in on a board that is this non-threatening.

fwiw, i did think about making a larger raise on the flop, but i wasn't particularly worried about draws so i wanted to get full value out of this. perhaps this was flawed thinking on my part. at any rate, it's good to read that i should have gotten my money in, if anything, sooner than i did. i still don't see the button folding, but that's poker.

also, in regards to raising pre-flop, i raise pre-flop with very little in the first 2 levels. i probably would have raised with this in later position, but in early to mid positions i like limping with it. AQ is a hand i'm more than willing to get rid of before blinds matter.

AQ sucks in EP at early blind levels and isn't worth the risk of going broke over, maybe?
