CWS have Garland pitching he has only allowed over 3 runs once in his 6 starts, allowing no runs in 3 of his 6 starts. Chen is starting for BAL and he has given up 3 runs or less in 5 of his 6 starts this season. Garlands only bad start came in his last outing in which he gave up 6 runs, I expect a big effort from him tonight with the AL's leading teams matching up. Wind is blowing in at 15MPH from left-center field. All this together = an easy under in my mind. Anyone have any thoughts please respond.

Add in the fact that the forecast is calling for scattered T-Storms and I think its a great bet
