Default MOVED TO NL FORUM: Helpless and confused with deep stacks

That's how I felt in the middle of this hand.

PP$200NL, a pretty wild table with Villian being
the wildest of them all. Several very big stacks
and some big pots recently. I'm seen as slightly
tight, aggressive post flop but can be scared off
too much. Everyone in the room is trying to
double through villian. He is VP$IP=51, PFR8.5,
aggression 2.2 (1.2, 3.3, 5.7 flop, 4th, 5th respectively).

I had been thinking for a while that I definitely
feared getting in a big hand with Villian since
we were both so deep, and I wanted to keep the pot
under control in such circumstances. I failed
miserably.

This hand generated a lot of discussion afterwards,
with most people saying I was crazy to fold with
any overpair, given the pot odds. I had initially put him
on AK or a small/mid pocket pair. At the end, I was
fearing a set of tens.

Can you tell me
1. Should I just play this more aggresively at the first
and take my lumps if I lose huge?
2. At what point should I fold? Or just call it down?
(He'll probably push the river anyway.)

Thanks!
