Default Top pair, straight draw open end, bet river?

Opponents suck, I land on top pair and openended straight draw, I bet flop, no danger on turn, bet, riv is no danger, bet again with crap players who call on anything? Or bet again?

Standard, raise preflop. 0.5/1 goes in micros. There's no reason not to bet this river; no other player had shown aggression and you have top pair/second kicker. I'm not surprised to see them all fold on such a draw heavy board, but I also wouldn't be surprised if you go called by a worse king or even a jack. You say that your opponents love to call, that makes the bet even clearer - against calling stations you should replace the bluff with a value bet.

It's as standard as they come. And I think the ssh starting basic starting hands chart is in the micro forums faq.

In EP, KQo is raise or fold, with the latter in tight games.

I agree with everyone else here when they say raise preflop.
