JJ Level Three
In retrospect I think raising to 300 preflop might not have been a bad idea but I'm still not sure. The min bets I don't know what to do with.

Re: JJ Level Three
I don't mind just calling preflop.
I would prefer to find out where I stand on the flop. Understandable to think the minraise, followed by a min-continuation could mean trouble. But look at that flop. Horrid for AA,KK, mid pocket pair, etc. With both a flush & straight draw on board, I'd have to think he'd hit it on the flop if he had something. I would reraise the flop to pot size'ish. If he calls, slow down on the turn (likely he'd check the turn to you anyway). If he reraises, lay it down. |

Re: JJ Level Three
When someone minbets the flop after raising PF, they usually either have a monster, or absolutely nothing (no draw, no pair, nada). If you bump it up a couple hundred, you'll know which one they have and you can play the rest of the hand accordingly.
Calling PF is fine. |
