Default Worth of used car being certified

For simplicity sake, lets say that you like both cars equally.

Car 1
2002 with 44k miles a warranty to 50K for $18,500

Car 2
2002 with 36k miles for $20,900 Certified by the dealer which includes:
- A bumper to bumper warranty to 62k miles
- Powertrain warranty to 100k miles
- Roadside assistance
- A free rental car if your's is ever in the shop
- Most likely a lower interest rate

Will the extras associated with the certified car make up for the extra $2400 in price?

The price in the powertrain warranty makes up for that alone. The correct answer is #2.
