Default Ultimate Bet Question

Does anyone here play UB on a consistent basis? I find even the .25/.50 tables very tight.

I have experienced difficulty getting a good handle on the full rings, and get clobbered on the 6-max tables.

If this is off topic, I apologize in advance.

I got my start at UB. Keep at it and you can win. If you're looking for looser .25/.50 games, give Paradise a shot.

I got my start at UB as well and was a small winner at .5/1 before I read SSH and really knew what I was doing. It's a bit tighter than other sites, but not aggressive at all. Lots of open button limping & stuff like that, definitely beatable. Never played 6-max. The .25/.5 ring game was quite loose though from what I recall.

Yeah, the games are fairly tight. The .25/.50 games are loosening up a bit. But, the software is great. I hope you have UltimateHistory. I actually just found out about the other day after a year of playing at UB.

I play there regularly and I believe their full ring games are a bit tighter than other sites'. I actually prefer the 6 max tables there vs. the full games. Much more action (but then much more variance). And as mentioned the software is great.

I've played most of my online at UB. I've found that following along the tight guidelines from SSH works well for the .25/.50 and .5/1 games.

I haven't played online since March due to a job change out of state, but Pokertracker has me winning at about a 3.5 BB per hour, which includes a 60BB drawdown I experienced during December, my first month of using PokerTracker.

The games are very beatable, get pokertracker to point out the few good players there.

Brad.
