Hypothetical 10x BB question with Giant Blinds

We all love the 10x BB rule...

...but what about when the blinds raise so large that the entire table is at 10x or less? Do you stick with the all in strategy? Or maybe change it to a 7x BB strategy?

Maybe for steals, however the 10x BB is simply because you have no room to move post flop. So your only two options are all-in or fold post flop if you get called. That can cause you alot of problems.
