How do you relax? [Precursor to finals]

I'm wondering what people do that takes maybe 15-30 mins tops, is not location specific, and something anyone can do.

Finals are coming up and stress is high.

I think that getting a woman to get with you, having sex with her, and then making her leave would take more than 15 minutes.

BOOZE - always there to cure what ails ya.

I actually like a nice run/jog or just throw in a movie for a bit to forget about crap.

Then again you can always go back to booze.
