Greatest Video Game Accomplishment
After eight months, I've now returned to Los Santos, gotten Madd Dogg his record deal, got Sweet out of prison, taken back the hood, and I'm five missions from beating GTA:SA. This will be my best video game accomplishment of all time. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
What's yours? |

Re: Greatest Video Game Accomplishment
i don't know why i stalled on this game....
i hit the wall on what was a side mission i guess, zero's little plane challenge where you gotta fly around and smoke five people....controlling that little piece of trash was so frustrating... nevermind. |

My brother and I beat chrono trigger. We played straight through, in shifts. I think it took us about 30 hours.

i clocked the casino chick with the purple dildo and haven't been able to get a date with her since. i was just trying to give it to her! |

Re: Greatest Video Game Accomplishment
I have always been particularly proud of beating Rygar on original Nintendo, because you couldn't save your progress. It's not easy to beat a game you have to play straight through.
I also beat GTA3 and Vice City in pretty short time, but I have lost interest about halfway through San Andreas. Maybe one of these days I'll get back to it. |

Re: Greatest Video Game Accomplishment
My greatest accomplishment wasn't anything "great" but it made me quite happy. My friends used to play NFL2K (think it was 03) all the time. I'd sit around and watch, drink beer and talk [censored] but I'd never play. Call me crazy, but I've never liked playing sports games against real people. They find that play that jews you that you can't stop and just keep running it. There's no fun in that.
So about 3 months or so passes and all the [censored] talking has caught up to me. It's a full-blown attack Iggy and I couldn't dodge them anymore. I had to finally play a game or else I'd never hear the end of it. So I call out my boy C-Lo... easily the one that has talked the most [censored] on me and probably the best out of all of them. I forget which team he picked but he played with a really good team. When I play against the computer, I like to run the ball so I took Miami to have Ricky Williams. They sucked but Ricky was a beast on the game and I didn't throw all that much. C-Lo takes the kickoff first, has a couple nice plays and then scores a TD like a minute into the game (5 minute quarters). The full-blown attack on Iggy had now doubled. I dusted my shoulder off and went on to win 78-7. I was then able to not play a game again and talk all the [censored] I wanted to. |

Re: Greatest Video Game Accomplishment
you know you don't have to beat Zero's missions to beat the game, right? it's only to get his store as an asset.
I never beat the plane one, frustrating as hell. Fun game though. I guess my great video game accomplisment is beating all three PS2 GTA's? |
