You must have been pretty bored ont he flop too, calling a gutshot getting 8.5:1

Implied odds I think make this an OK call. I had to get 1 BB out of him, pretty sure that's not unreasonable.

If I'm playing this hand past the flop, I'm looking for an alternative way of winning besides the showdown. Sometimes you can check/raise villain on the flop or turn here and improve your equity. I don't think he's going anywhere here, however.

I don't think the call sucks, but I don't think its the right play against an UTG+2 raise ... though its pretty close
