I raise more preflop. Bet more after the flop. Then if hes still around slow down a little bit. If after this much aggression hes pushing I'm porbably laying it down.

Raise more pre-flop, and I raise more on the flop...if he's a fish and drawing to something you have to make sure he doesn't see the next card. As for his push, its unlikely he made a monster, maybe A10, maybe his kicker hit, maybe alot of things. I make the call but try to avoid this situation w/ bigger raises.
