Default Reportable offense?

This was actually a MTT, but this is my favorite forum, and it really makes no difference. Starting to get late, 15 of 55 people left, BB is 150, I am down to 500, in middle position when I finally get the first decent hand I've seen in about 30 hands.

Villain 1 is UTG (with about 3500) and calls 150. Folds to me. I push.
Villain 1: Here we go
Folds to Villain 2 in the BB (with about 3000).
Villain 2: you or me?
Me: Hey now...
Villain 1: me
Villain 2 folds, Villain 1 calls.

I won that showdown but I was very, very pissed off about that exchange, and tilted a bit afterwards, started pushing with less than I should have. It seems to me that this sort of thing is at the very least frowned upon, if not completely against poker room rules. Is this a reportable offense or should I let it go? If it happens again should I not worry about it at all and just keep on playing? Thanks.

They didn't trap you in the hand or anything, but it's still collusion. Report it.

I had something like this happen at Empire. Unfortunately when I did report this (and included the hand histories in the email), Empire did nothing about it.

Had a similar situation occur in MTT last night. 2 players seemed to combine their betting to eliminate me on multiple occasions (no chat between them). I decided to tighten up, and then proceeded to knock one of them out JJ re-raise allin vs. TT call allin and out lasted the other to finish ITM. Very satisfying, but still pi__es me off to think about it.

If you feel something is inappropriate report it. That is the only requirement for something to be "reportable". The poker site will make the final determination, but there is no cost or stigma with reporting suspicious behavior.

Well, I feel all sorts of things are inappropriate, but they're not all socially unacceptable - and vice versa. I was just wondering if this is breaking a rule, or is a breach of poker etiquette, or is something that I shouldn't ever worry about. Clearly it was just harmless chatter (I think), and not some kind of strategic design. I just wasn't sure how bad it was.

bodog, and I got a response from customer service:

"We have looked into the hand and the chat surround this particular
issue. We will issue both players a warning regarding chatting about a
hand that is still in play. This is considered bad etiquette and
something that is not acceptable in online poker, or in a real brick
and mortar casino. Thank you for bringing this to our attention."
