Do people still "raise the roof"?

They cut to a crowd shot during the M's-A's game and a dumb bastard was raising the roof. I almost threw up. Is it a coincidence that his collar was popped and he had gay facial hair?

I enjoy raising the roof to embarass my wife. It works great when you say something clever, win a game of pool at the bar or whatever. By working great I mean it really pisses her off, which is the intended goal. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
