Effect of time of day...

Not going to ask when the best time of day to play is (5pm-1am), but instead I'm going to ask how much it affects winrate, specifically at 3/6 and 5/10.

On top of that, is it possible to 8+ table 5/10 and still be able to practise decent table selection (during peak hours)?

Also, what are practical times of day to play. Ie where your winrate is still decent and there are still enough tables open to multitable?
