Problems I have with your post:

1. You posted the results.
2. You min-raised with deep stacks and AA. Why would you do this?
3. You got reraised when you min-raised. Why not reraise? This could go either way, but I think I'd reraise here.
4. Flop. Well, hope he doesnt have AK. I like your call here, assuming you are planning on setting him allin on the turn.
5. Turn - Good.
6. River - Bummer. It's poker, and it happens.
