How do I calculate rakeback during a reload bonus?

I have a $200 reload bonus and a 25% rakeback deal. On the site it says it reduces the rakeback amount by $ AMOUNT OF THE BONUS times the rakeback %. Does this mean the next $50 I make in rakeback, including the rakeback earned during the bonus, I won't get? Or can I not earn rakeback during a bonus, so it won't pay me the next $50 I earn in rakeback after I clear the bonus.
