depends on his went to showdown %, based on his other stats id probably bet because he is so loose that he could be caling with anything, but its a tricky situation, im new to replying to posts so i may be wrong here, but im sure if i am ill be corrected

I'll take a stab here and say it's because he's not very good at poker.

Also, raise pre-flop. This is why you want these guys on your right.

I think this is an easy value bet. I estimate there are about three times as many worse hands that may call you as there are hands that beat you here.

to sing along with the chorus, raise it PF. I also think that with those craptastic stats that the villian has, a value bet is in order. I could see him calling down with a nine or a seven

Not betting the river is a huge mistake. At least a third of a big bet.
