Recently found this site, it's pretty cool. You can sim games between teams from different eras (1965 Packers vs 1992 Cowboys, etc) in the four major sports. You can also create your own team from players in different eras and compete against other made-up teams.

The best is the Dynasty games - Hoops Dynasty and Gridiron Dynasty. Take control of a DIII college team, recruit players (use your boosters for a little extra help?), set lineups and depth charts, redshirt players, set practice schedules, set up a game plan, play exhibitions, regular season games, and playoffs. Successful at D3? Move up to D2, then D1AA, then play with the big boys at D1.

I just started at St Olaf College in MN this year. There are still about 15 teams left in this world and signups are ongoing for the next couple of days. They have 7 different worlds, staggered so they accept new coaches every 4 days or so.
