Default Question for DC/NoVA Posters

So before I head back to Jersey for the summer, I wanna catch a Nationals game. They're playing the Mets at RFK next weekend and I wanna get out to one of the games. Have any of you been out there? What's the stadium like, what's the seating like, how easy is it to get there by Metro, etc.

Default Re: Question for DC/NoVA Posters

Been there twice for soccer games.

Stadium is crappy, old. Stadium bounces up and down. Short walk from Stadium-Armory station on the orange and blue lines.

Metro was normal for the soccer games. I've read Metro is doing a very good job of running 8-car trains right after the game and have metro "police" directing the flow of pedestrian traffic. Also, they claim they will run trains to get you home no matter how late the game goes. Make sure you have enough fare for the round trip, otherwise you'll get screwed in lines after the game.
