Al Gore's slight edge over George W. in the popular vote, suggests some congressmen who rode Al Gore's coattails, should lose their seats in this midterm election.

Look for Republicans to maintain control of the House by about the same margin they have now and look for the Democrats to retain control of the Senate and increase their margin by 1-2 seats.
