Default Suggestion for future Ed Miller article.

Pre-flop small blind play in 2/3 SB/BB structures.

While I'm obviously not the person you directed this towards, in case you are looking for ANY advice out there at the moment (and this is also not to say that I wouldn't likewise relish an article on the subject by Ed Miller) on p. 45 of Hold 'em Poker for Advanced Players, it says:

...if it costs one-third of a bet to enter a pot, every hand should be played. In this spot, it is just too cheap to throw your hand away, no matter how bad it is.

I've used that advice (very profitably) whenever I play in a game with that type of blind structure (which is admittedly infrequent, given Foxwoods escalation of $5-$10, $10-$20, and $20-$40).

I follow this advice already, but there are some more complex situations that come up--playing against steals, playing HU against the BB, when to call legitimate raises...etc.

I can figure it out on my own with some work, but I thought this would be an interesting topic to continue his series of pre flop articles.

Agreed 100%. That's the one thing that jumped out in my mind as some semblance of strategy. Once could write almost a book on the subject, if one were so inclined - or at the very least devote a whole chapter to the subject - as it is vastly different from one plays in the "traditional" 50% SB format.
