just folded bottom set to assumed higher set, thoughts?
The guy was playing tight, had seen him show down a set already, hadn't seen him do anything crazy.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (9 handed) converter CO ($90) Button ($141.27) Hero ($116.6) BB ($98.5) UTG ($125.01) UTG+1 ($142.25) MP1 ($98.5) MP2 ($133.45) MP3 ($54) Preflop: Hero is SB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG calls $1, UTG+1 calls $1, 4 folds, Button calls $1, Hero completes, BB checks. Flop: ($5) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players) Hero bets $4, BB folds, UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $12, Button folds, Hero raises to $25, UTG+1 raises to $141.25 (All-In), Hero folds. Final Pot: $171.25 No obvious two pair, no obvious draws for a tight player, hadn't seen anything nutty from him yet. If you were ever going to fold bottom set this would be the flop to do it, thoughts? Dommer |
