Default AQ on the bubble question

I feel I played this badly from the beginning.

Preflop:
Should I have pushed?

Flop:
BB called my raise and bet into me, should I call, raise or push?


$10 tourney
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) converter

SB (t4415)
BB (t3455)
Hero (t2650)
Button (t2980)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

PF raise is good. Pushing here is not right with 13BBs and comp. stacks.
