I think you should bet more on the turn. I don't see why you bet the exact same amount that you bet on the flop. I would bet 75-100.

Sometimes when the top card pairs it makes your opponent more likely to call with 2nd pair, as they realize its less likely you will have the jack. Meanwhile you still charge a flush draw the proper price to draw.

The river is tough.
