Will firepay work for me?

I tried setting up a neteller acount and i got the whole ss number not coming up like many others. IM wondering if i will have the same problem if i try to set up a firepay acount. I have no credit to my name. Thanks to anyone who knows.

i don't understand the question. why wouldn't firepay work for you?
