Re: level 5 low ppair.... should i have called the all in?
best case scenario he has 33 or 22, but thats obviously unlikely. That said, there are more combinations of overcards which an average $10 SNG player would push with than there are combinations of overpairs to your fours. Add that to the 200 chips youve already put in the pot and I think you have an easy call.

Re: level 5 low ppair.... should i have called the all in?
terrible call. there are 3 other stacks with similar stacks. He will be pushign most pocket pairs which crush you, and thee rest have u at a coinflip-- You need a much better hand to call (AA-JJ, AK, AQs) than to push. Because there are 3 others from whom to steal, fold this and push agains them, get aggressive. You should be looking for oportunities to push, not call.
edit: the big stakc is just playing big stack poker-- there is nothing u can do to counter that, besides pick up a legit hand--- u are giving up too much by calling, and u are giving up too much by pushing every hand the big stack doens't push. |

yeah, after the move thats what i figured... i still had enough chips that any immediate push in the future would get me some blinds...
