What will you win more often

You play a TAG type game and are at best an average internet poker player.

You have a 10 freerolls into either the WSOP(10k) which will have a constant of at least 5000 entrants or the WPT(25K) which will have a constant of 500 players.

Which freeroll should you take to have the best chance to win within those 10 entries?
