Default 10\'s reraised on low flop?

What did I do wrong in these 2 hands? Was I too weak tight?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.1.

Raising 10's preflop is just gonna end up in all sorts of ugly.

I had almost the exact situation as this tonight, only with jacks. I went ahead and folded, since the player that reraised me had been playing a very tight game.

I'm not exactly sure if this was the correct play, but seeing as how I was multitabling, I didn't really put a ton of thought into it.
