Finally! Something hard to choose on because both are quite ugly.
Topanga had so much potential, then her body just widened out (in one of those weird non-fat kind of ways) and Winni's face structure is frankly quite scary. Combined with no body = bad. I chose Topanga though.

i was actually expecting this to be about small people..
that said, I'm going to have to go with Winnie Cooper, she was fine. Topanga looks okay in that first one, but otherwise doesn't really do it for me.
