Should I, a 20 year old white guy, be able to walk up a 20 year old african american, look him in the eye and say.

"I hate you, you stupid nigger".

If he hit me, should I be allowed to press charges?

That being said, if you said that to me and I was black, Id kick the living crap out of you. I then would plead no contest and pray a liberal judge gets my case.

1. If you use the word "hate", you are guilty of a hate crime. The only people who can be publically hated with impunity are white males.
