LL pokerstars HU games

don't flame me, I tried posting this on the HU section of the site, but I have 50 views and no replies.

any opinion on the micro limit HU games at pokerstars? I need to work on my shorthand/HU game, but will I really develop any skill at limits at .02/.04?

EDIT - right now, I want to stick to limit games, I have yet to play a serious NL game
