Default Easy Push Here?

Relatively new to this forum and trying to take in all the wisdom. Is this one of those easy push situations?

Fairly sure it is. But I folded and need to be chastised.

Party Poker $10+1 No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) converter

Button (t2190)
SB (t1685)
BB (t3335)
Hero (t790)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

With only 4x BB, a push is probably in order.

I plugged the numbers into eastbays SNG tools with some guesses as for the others calling standards, and depending on what tey will call with it can go either way.

So it is close.

That said, I don't think you are gonna find a better spot and should go ahead, push, and hope for the best.

Easy push. This is actually an interesting spot since the BB is the big stack. The button and SB are very unlikely to call with the big stack left to act behind them. They don't want to go out 4th when you are about to get smoked.

So it's basically K7o vs the BBs random hand. That's a pretty sweet spot considering the alternative.

I hate a bet of all-in in that spot. Think about it, the only people who are going to call you are people that have you beat. This isnt an Ace high, its king high. And a bad king. Dont push with hands like that. Instead, make a big bet with 9Ts or something like it. That way you can be sure you have live cards.
